Namida mo Denai Kanashiku mo Nai Nan ni Mo Shitakunai

So I am back with a new cover! This time I covered Namida mo Denai Kanashiku mo Nai Nan ni Mo Shitakunai by ℃-ute. I originally was planning to cover two other songs before they disbanded but I sadly couldn't get to that. Anyways, getting this video was not easy. I mentioned on my last post that my computer was acting up and I had to reinstall Windows. This caused Sony Vegas to stop working so I had to look up a editing software I can use until I can afford a legit video editing software like Sony Vegas. I luckily found one but I could not get it installed onto my desktop computer so it's just on my laptop. But yeah, I hope you enjoy this!

Summer break

It's been a week since summer break has started but I'm finally on summer break! I'm just glad I have some time to relax because spring term was quite the hassle. I had 5 classes and the work load was pretty heavy so I'm really glad to finally get away from that. Anyways, computer wise it's been off to a tough start. First of all, Firefox wouldn't open so I had to get that fixed. Then I figured out my computer itself is falling apart so I have to get a brand new SSD which is smaller than my current one so I have to delete a lot of the videos and music that's currently on it. When you make YouTube videos and download whatever footage of music shows or variety shows, you kind of start having tons of those. So I've been trying to move some of my music and video onto my laptop in order to make some room for the new SSD.

Due to having to reinstall Windows because of the whole computer problem, my Sony Vegas has been acting up and I have no clue how to fix it. So I tried to look for Windows Movie Maker but that apparently doesn't exist anymore. I just finished recording a cover this morning but currently there is no way of getting that out as a video. So what I am currently thinking of doing is uploading some of my covers on SoundCloud.

Girls in Trouble! Dekaranger

It has been forever since I last updated this blog. So I am back with a new cover. It is a cover from one of my favorite Super Sentai series, Dekaranger. I loved this song when I was a kid and I've been planning to sing this for a while now and I finally got to it. Anyways, hope you enjoy!

Survivor

So yesterday, I uploaded my cover of Survivor by Kobushi Factory. I finally had some time to record something and it felt nice to upload a video. So I've been working on this cover for a really long time. It was a bit hard for me at first but it eventually got more easier to record.

3 Day Weekend

It's so nice to finally have some time to relax! I've been super busy with school and learning how to drive that it's starting to get tiring. Luckily I only have a month left of the term and then I'll have about a week or so of spring break. I thought having only 3 classes this term wouldn't be as hectic but I was wrong. Everything is a lot harder and more hectic. Last term, I was able to slide through the term which made me regret not working harder but it's a lot different.

My experience going to a Hello! Project Concert Part 1

I decided to separate this post into 2 parts or how many posts it will take since it's going to be pretty long.

On July 23rd, I had this awesome opportunity to go to a Hello! Project concert for the first time. I went to their first show of that day at Orix Theater in Osaka.

So I left for the venue around 12pm and I arrived at 1pm which was almost 2 hours before the show started. The first thing I was really surprised about was how small the venue was. It really was held at a theater. Also I found it awkward by the types of fans there were but it was nice to know H!P has hardcore fans. The venue was right next to a park so that's where everyone hung out.

I decided to line up in the goods line so I could buy a t-shirt, wristband and some pictures. The line wasn't that long however, it went by very slowly. Due to this, I regretted not bringing something to kill time such as a book because I was getting tired of using my phone. Also summer in Japan can get very hot and humid so bringing a hat or pair of sunglasses will also help. Dying from the heat and boredom, I waited probably almost an hour which isn't too bad compared to the line you have to line up to buy goods at Johnny's concerts. When I finally got inside, I decided to buy a gacha gacha thing. Being the retard I am, I handed the person the gacha thing instead of the paper that was in it. So remember to just hand the paper thing instead. I got a picture of Mai Hagiwara from ℃-ute. Then after waiting for a while, I was finally able to buy the goods. I got the t-shirt, wristband and some pictures for a friend. Meanwhile, my mother who was worried because it was taking a long time; came with a security guard and was glad to know that I was still in line.

After buying the goods, I went into the venue. The seat I chose was a family seat which is usually on the 2nd floor, I believe and you have to sit for the entire show. My seat was a pretty good seat. Since the venue was rather small, I was able to see pretty well. So I just relaxed for a while till the show started.

So that is it for part 1. I will have part 2 done as soon as possible.

Black Friday Haul

I know Thanksgiving was almost 3 months ago but I wanted to still share what I got on Black Friday. I went to North Face and got a black jacket that was only $25 since it was 50% off and it was in the kids section. Then I got 2 pairs of socks at Forever 21 because I never have enough socks. Lastly, I went to Aeropostale and bought the white sweater and jacket. Everything was 70% off because they were going bankrupt so they had to sell all the things they currently had.

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. I also got a pair of converse but I didn't take a picture of it. They're just plain old black converse anyways. I got to admit, Black Friday sure was crazy. It depended on the store but stores like North Face had a pretty big line. I actually went shopping around 3 times within Thanksgiving and Black Friday. It was a pretty interesting experience. But it's kind of overwhelming so if I were to go shopping on Black Friday this year, I kinda would like to go early in the morning when it's not so crazy.
